December 15th is the last day to order in time for Christmas. Anything ordered past that date will not arrive in time.
Everything in Jennifer Whiddon Designs is hand created by myself in my studio. I hand make jewelry in Argentium sterling silver (anti tarnish) and 14 Kt. Gold Filled gemstone jewelry. I use ethically sourced supplies as well as recycled silver. Most of my jewelry is tarnish resistant. Don't be fooled by fake sterling silver which is actually plated. Mine is the real deal.
I love being able to celebrate different occasions with my guests. Whether it's a 21st birthday, wedding, graduation or anniversary, I get to be a part of that and it's amazing.

Frequently asked questions
May I get pictures of my piece before purchasing or after.
No. Unfortunately, I can't take pictures before purchasing an item. It’s yours once you purchase it due to the customization of each piece. Everything I have listed can be seen in the listed pictures. Please understand everything is made to order once it is purchased.
Will you call me to discuss a design?
No, I converse through Etsy only.
Can I change the shipping address?
Unfortunately, No. Due to the logistics of my studio I'm unable to change your address for you. You'll need to cancel your first order and purchase it again with the correct address. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but it's for both your safety And mine.
Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing. Thank you. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
My order was marked delivered but I haven't received it. What can I do?
If your order says it was delivered and you didn't receive it contact me within 4 days of delivery date. We will help locate it by contacting the USPS and they will do an investigation. You need to contact your neighbors to see if it was accidentally left with one of them. We will do our best to help locate it however we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please follow along with the tracking number Etsy sends you once it leaves USPS to find the expected delivery date. Etsy sends this to you through the email you've been given.
Care instructions
To care for your jewelry you may clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth we sell separately. Most metals oxidize causing it to tarnish. Do not put items in liquid jewelry cleaner. It will remove the darkened letters and characters.
Keep jewelry in a soft bag or plastic bag to keep them from tarnishing. Metal hates water. Do not wear in the shower, pool or while working out. You wouldn't wear your wedding dress to swim or work out would you?
Put lotions and perfumes before putting your jewelry on. If your cuffs get out of shape you just need to put them on a rolling pin and straitened by lightly curling back on place. If the letters lose their darkened letters contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Yes I offer wholesale for qualified buyers and store owners.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
No we do not. No exceptions.
If I buy multiple items will you combine shipping into one mailing envelope.
No. Due to some scams having taken place I will ship as it is ordered and will not combine shipping.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item comes in a beautiful organza bag on a jewelry card. Bracelets and precious metal clay pieces come gift boxed. ( I’m shipping in flat rate shipping and cannot fit the boxes) If you need a gift box I do have them listed in the add on section. They’ll come in a Kraft Box and bright pink and grey bows. During Christmas I will use Red and Silver bows.
What metals do you use?
Bracelets and necklaces are made from sterling silver, copper, jewelers brass or pewter.
Key chains are made from either aluminum, copper, brass, Pewter or nickel or a mix.
Pewter is gorgeous and lead free. It looks and feels like sterling silver without the price tag.
Aluminum is very lightweight but sturdy. It will not weigh you down.
